Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Referral Coordinator in the HealthCare industry to join a client's team in Florida. This role is pivotal in managing and organizing referrals, ensuring that all documentation and communication are handled with precision and care. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor and have the ability to work independently, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on referral notes from provider's offices, ensuring timely and accurate management.
• Send letters and co-management checks as needed.
• Complete PM tasks and upload new referrals into the system.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all referrals.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive interaction with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Previous experience in Insurance Verifications
• Personable and capable of building rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the role.
• Strong customer service skills, providing a positive experience for all involved.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Benefits

The position offers competitive hourly pay, ranging from $18 to $21 per hour, with a maximum pay of $22 per hour.
