Production Supervisor — Lead Teams, Drive Lean Manufacturing

Puratos

Puratos USA, headquartered in Pennsauken, NJ, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations on-site. You will motivate staff, ensure safety, quality, and performance standards, and drive Lean initiatives while maintaining communication across Quality, R&D, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams. The role requires strong leadership, ERP experience (SAP preferred), GMP knowledge, and the ability to manage unionized staff with a focus on continuous improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr Puratos
