Associate, Marketing Strategy & Engagement Reports to: Senior Manager Type: Full-time Location: In-person; Glastonbury, CT Role Overview Big Fish Marketing Collective is seeking a motivated, personable Associate to join our Marketing Strategy & Engagement team. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in outreach, event marketing, and audience strategy while supporting client programs. You will play a central role in identifying and securing event locations that connect brands directly with their target audiences. High performers will have opportunities to take on more client-facing responsibilities, contribute to strategy and process improvements, and grow toward more senior roles over time. Key Responsibilities Research and identify on site or event locations that align with client goals and target audiences Capture details/manage expectations for guidelines/permits for on-site location activation Manage a high volume of phone and email outreach to secure event participation Build and maintain strong relationships with location contacts Track outreach activity, responses, and bookings using Monday.com Coordinate with events scheduler to manage high-volume activation/events calendar ensuring set goals are met.
