About the Role
The Company is in need of a Vice President of Corporate Development to spearhead its inorganic growth strategy and play a pivotal role in the company's expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire corporate development process, from identifying and sourcing acquisition opportunities to executing deals. This is a key leadership position that involves close collaboration with the CEO and other senior stakeholders. The role demands a professional with a background in blue-collar services M&A environments, bringing a wealth of experience in strategic planning, analytical thinking, and a proven track record in deal execution. Additionally, the VP of Corporate Development will be expected to have a strong network and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Applicants for the Vice President of Corporate Development role at the company should have a minimum of 6 to 10 years' experience in a similar capacity, with a focus on M&A within blue-collar services. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the M&A process, including due diligence, valuation, and integration.
