Position: Roofing Repair Mechanic
Are you an experienced roofing repair professional who takes pride in solving problems, delivering quality workmanship, and helping homeowners protect their investments? We're seeking a skilled Roofing Repair Technician/Mechanic to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated roofer who can diagnose issues, perform repairs, and provide exceptional customer service while working independently in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect residential roofing systems to identify damage and problem areas
- Diagnose roof leaks and determine the source of water intrusion
- Complete repairs, maintenance, and service work on existing roofing systems
- Evaluate flashing, ventilation, and other roofing components for proper performance
- Recommend practical and cost-effective repair solutions to homeowners
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company safety procedures
- Document work completed and communicate clearly with customers and management
Experience:
- At least 5 years of hands-on residential roofing experience
- Strong understanding of roofing materials, installation methods, flashing details, and ventilation
- Proven ability to troubleshoot leaks and roofing-related issues
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license
