Then come join us! Job Location: Trek Store Williamsburg Job Description Work as a Trek Service Technician/Advisor, troubleshooting repairs and servicing all kinds of bikes on the spot. Install accessories chosen by customers for their new bike. Be the first to work with brand new models before they hit the sales floor. Build relationships with customers, acting as the face of the department when the Service Manager is unavailable. Provide exceptional hospitality, listening to customer concerns and recommending appropriate repairs. Qualifications Self‑motivation, a positive, team‑focused mentality, and willingness to pitch in on any task. Fantastic hospitality – a warm, approachable manner and a drive to help on the toughest, busiest days. Top‑notch communication skills. Impressive attention to detail and a love for tinkering until you figure it out. Eagerness to learn the ins and outs of servicing bicycles. A desire to continually learn proper service methods and new technologies.
