Role Overview

Seeking a Senior Design Engineer with strong CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE experience to support new product development, 3D modeling, assemblies, engineering changes, and production documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and modify 3D CAD models for New Product Development (NPD) using CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE .

• Create complex surface and solid models using Generative Shape Design (GSD) .

• Perform design optimization and engineering changes based on product requirements.

• Build and validate assemblies for fit, function, manufacturability, and performance .

• Create detailed production drawings with GD&T and engineering documentation.

• Manage ECR/ECO/ECN processes while maintaining design data integrity.

• Support the complete product development lifecycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Follow customer specifications, engineering standards, and PLM processes .

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE .

• Expertise in GSD, 3D modeling, solid/surface design, and assembly design .

• Experience with GD&T and production drawings .

• Experience managing ECR/ECO/ECN .

• Mechanical product design and manufacturing experience.

• Strong understanding of design for fit, function, and manufacturability .

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Preferred Background

Experience in Marine/Boat & Yacht, Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Equipment, Heavy Equipment, Consumer Products, or Mechanical Product Design/Manufacturing is highly preferred
