Responsibilities The Food and Beverage Supervisor is primarily responsible for supervising the Vaquero restaurant on property, and assisting in the UU Cafe on property as needed. Ensures staff works as a team to deliver optimum service and meet guest needs. Responsibilities include: Managing all employment aspects of assigned staff, including interviewing, hiring, orienting, training, scheduling, coordinating work assignments, evaluating performance, coaching, disciplining, and coordinating exit processes. Leading daily operational meetings with staff members. Overseeing and organizing special events. Qualifications 3–5 years of work experience in a related field. Minimum of 1 year of restaurant supervisory experience. Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
