Entry-Level Medical Device Assembler

Available Shifts & Pay

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:40 AM - 2:40 PM - $18.50/hour
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:40 PM – 10:40 PM - $20/hour
• 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10:40 PM - 6:40 AM - $21.50/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join a growing medical device manufacturing team. This role involves assembling precision surgical instruments and medical devices in a cleanroom environment while following strict quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices and surgical instruments using small hand tools and fixtures.
• Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Follow work instructions, visual aids, process sheets, and verbal directions.
• Inspect products throughout the assembly process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package completed products for shipment.
• Conduct basic quality checks on work-in-progress and finished goods.
• Work collaboratively on an assembly line and support team production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with cleanroom requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work with small parts and precision tools, including tweezers and screwdrivers.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain production quality standards.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, retail, food service, food preparation, or cleanroom environments is a plus.

Work Environment

• Cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Closed-toe shoes and appropriate attire required.
• No jewelry, nail polish, or makeup permitted in designated production areas.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boulder, CO.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Boulder,CO.

This position is anticipated to close on Sep 30, 2026.
