Responsibilities include a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics, maintaining store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees, creating a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers, meeting self-performance metrics and helping develop employees to meet their metrics, analyzing daily sales information to maximize sales, meeting banking, safety, operations, and legal requirements, controlling expenses: labor, inventory, and maintenance, assigning, managing, and following up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues. Qualifications include being at least 18 years of age, 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to effectively motivate others, ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance, other duties as assigned, reliable transportation, high school diploma or equivalent.Palm Beach Tan is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
