Description

• Assess patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments and create tailored treatment plans
• Deliver physical therapy interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Collaborate with a team of nurses, physicians, case managers, and rehabilitation professionals to enhance patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic objectives, discharge processes, and home exercises
• Document assessments, treatments, and patient progress per organizational and regulatory standards

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

Certifications
