Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and formulate individualized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional objectives.

• Collaborate with Comprehensive Teams: Work alongside other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to guarantee holistic care delivery.
• Educate Patients and Their Families: Provide instruction on therapy methods and techniques to empower families in supporting progress at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Treatment: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify interventions to ensure patients continue on their path to recovery.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
• Encouragement and support for continuous education or post-graduate certifications.

Certifications

• A valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
