Compensation: base salary + performance incentives- $100,000-$150,000+ earning potential

Basil Toyota is looking for an experienced, motivated Sales Manager to join our team. We're seeking a proven automotive professional with strong Sales Management, Desk Management, and F&I experience who can help lead our sales team, structure deals, maximize profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day sales desk and vehicle sales operations

• Structure and negotiate deals while balancing customer satisfaction and dealership profitability

• Work closely with Sales Consultants to coach, develop, and close deals

• Support the sales team with effective desking, deal strategy, and objection handling

• Partner closely with the F&I department to ensure smooth deal flow and strong performance

• Monitor sales performance, gross profit, closing ratios, and other key dealership metrics

• Help train and mentor Sales Consultants on product knowledge, sales processes, negotiation, and closing techniques

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of automotive sales management or dealership leadership experience
• Strong sales desk/deal structuring experience
• F&I experience strongly preferred
• Proven success achieving sales volume and gross profit goals
• Experience with desking, appraisals, CRM management, and sales process accountability
• Excellent leadership, communication, and closing skills
• Ability to coach and develop Sales Consultants
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Strong CRM, phone, and customer follow-up skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume dealership environment
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
