Job Description

• Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patient needs and design individualized treatment strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Activities: Apply evidence-based interventions to optimize patients' motor skills, cognition, and everyday living tasks.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Partner with OTs, PTs, SLPs, physicians, and nurses to ensure holistic, coordinated care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their caregivers on effective therapy methods to support continued progress beyond sessions.
• Track Progress and Outcomes: Regularly evaluate clinical results and make adjustments to treatment plans as required, keeping patients on the path to success.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Continuing education opportunities and additional certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license mandatory
• NBCOT , National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy certification is a requirement
