Why join us Profit-sharing opportunities and complimentary tax preparation services Health insurance stipend, paid time off, and company holidays Annual fitness and recreation stipend Work alongside a collaborative team that embraces technology, innovation, and professional development Job Details Prepare and review individual and business tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S Partner directly with clients to answer questions, provide guidance, and simplify complex tax matters Analyze financial records and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance Leverage modern tax software, AI tools, and technology to improve efficiency and client outcomes Collaborate with leadership to enhance processes, drive continuous improvement, and deliver exceptional client service Qualifications 3+ years of tax preparation experience Experience preparing business tax returns for partnerships and corporations Strong communication and client relationship skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities CPA, EA, or active pursuit of certification preferred Experience with Lacerte or similar tax software preferred Exposure to construction, real estate, or closely held business clients is a plus Comfortable utilizing emerging technologies and AI-driven tools Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
