Commercial Roofing Estimator

This is a research-driven opportunity focused on private projects and long-term growth. I am seeking a business partner, not an employee. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and business development experience, with the ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into paying clients.

My team and I will be responsible for executing and delivering all project work. Your primary responsibilities will include lead generation, sales management, client acquisition, and tracking project-related costs to ensure profitability and transparency throughout the process.

Profit distribution is straightforward and performance-based. Ten percent (10%) of project revenue will be allocated to overhead and operational expenses. The remaining profit will be divided equally, with forty percent (40%) paid to you and forty percent (40%) paid to me. There are no hidden terms or complicated compensation structures—you retain 40% of every project's profit.
