Litigation Associate - Boston

Our client, a prominent national plaintiff’s law firm, seeks an experienced litigation associate to join its growing team. This is an excellent growth opportunity for an attorney interested in being part of a trial-oriented firm devoted to strong client advocacy. The firm offers highly competitive compensation and benefits, starting at 100k+ and up depending on experience. This position is on-site in Miami or Ft. Lauderdale. Key Responsibilities Manage a docket of litigation matters from filing through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal memoranda Conduct legal research and develop case strategies Take and defend depositions, including fact witnesses and experts Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to drive case development Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in a personal injury practice, worker's compensation or nursing home litigation on either the plaintiff or defense side. Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong writing and research skills. Experience preparing for and participating in trials is strongly preferred.
