Associate Dentist – Advanced Dental Center of Florence 2214 W Palmetto St, Florence, SC 29501 Advanced Dental Center of Florence is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our established, comprehensive dental practice. What We’re Looking For: General and restorative dentistry (crown and bridge, fillings, preventive care). Endodontics (especially molar root canals). Implant placement and restoration (preferred or strong willingness to learn). Clear aligner therapy and orthodontics (preferred or open to training). Extractions and other bread-and-butter procedures. Required Qualifications: Completion of an accredited residency program (AEGD or GPR). Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach. Team-oriented mindset and desire for long-term growth. Implant, ortho, or endo experience is a plus but not required. Work Schedule: This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position. Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Friday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The associate will be expected to work until 7:00 PM on either Wednesday or Thursday each week. Compensation and Benefits: $25,000 sign-on bonus. $3,000 annual CE reimbursement. Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance. 401(k) with employer match.
