Sales Support Specialist

Waste Pro

Waste Pro USA is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant in New Orleans to manage customer setups from sale through first billing. You will coordinate with sales, finance, dispatch, operations and the container shop to ensure timely delivery and service adjustments. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools. A High School diploma or GED is required, with an AA/AS preferred.
