Purpose

This Project Manager will serve as a high-impact intermediate-level professional supporting strategic initiatives, cross-functional project leadership, and sales execution activities within the Commercial Organization. Scope, Complexity & Independence

• Independently manages assigned projects, strategic initiatives, and workstreams with limited day-to-day supervision.

• Coordinates multiple concurrent initiatives involving diverse stakeholders and competing priorities.

• Applies project management methodologies, analytical thinking, and sound business judgment to address moderately complex business challenges.

• Identifies risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and execution challenges, proactively driving resolution or escalation as needed.

• Support planning, execution, and delivery of strategic and cross-functional initiatives.

• Coordinate activities, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action plans across multiple projects.

• Facilitate project meetings and governance processes while ensuring follow-through on commitments.

• Partner with stakeholders to maintain alignment on priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Operations, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

• Typically 2-5 years of experience in project management, program management, strategy execution, consulting, sales operations, business operations, or related disciplines.

• Demonstrated success coordinating cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders.

• Proven ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment in prioritizing work and resolving issues.

• Strong intellectual curiosity, organizational skills, communication skills, analytical thinking, ownership, adaptability, and growth mindset.

The base pay range for this role is $75,400 to $109,350 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
