As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a cultural institution, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors, staff, and guests. You will provide exceptional customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting while reflecting Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, caring, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a cultural institution location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
