Sales Representative with Construction experience

Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in our Luxury remodeling and new construction business. You will be responsible for generating leads, following up on leads, resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs in residential remodeling or new construction
- Thoroughly understand and represent luxury construction products and services, including design options, materials and finishes
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients highlighting the unique features and benefits of luxury constructions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability for the company
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, market conditions to effectively position the company's offerings
- Work closely with design, production, and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
- This is a Commission based position so there is not a limit to earning potential
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, in the Construction industry
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to effectively learn
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
