We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate / Truck Loader to join our afternoon shift team. If you're looking for steady, full-time work with a consistent weekday schedule, paid training, and an opportunity to learn new skills, this may be a great fit. You'll work alongside an experienced team loading delivery trucks, preparing customer orders, filling compressed gas cylinders (paid training provided) , and helping keep our warehouse operating safely and efficiently. Prior gas industry experience is not required. Pay & Schedule $18.00–$19.00 per hour, including afternoon shift differential, based on experience and qualifications 2:00 PM–10:00 PM Full-time, 8-hour shift Monday–Friday No weekends Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 days 401(k) after 90 days 9 days of paid time off after 90 days 6 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays after 90 days Paid training Supportive team environment Opportunities for advancement Responsibilities Load and unload delivery trucks Prepare customer orders for delivery Fill compressed gas cylinders (paid training provided) Operate forklifts Assist with general warehouse operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications Valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance Steel-toe boots required Strong attendance and dependable work ethic Prior warehouse, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, forklift, or industrial experience is a plus, but not required We provide the training—you bring the dependability and willingness to learn.
