Required: Forklift Certification

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to support our manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing parts and supplies while maintaining accurate inventory and a safe, organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming parts and supplies, verifying quantities and accuracy.
• Report discrepancies or damaged materials to the supervisor.
• Pull and deliver parts to production based on department requests.
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
• Perform regular inventory cycle counts and quarterly inventory counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts safely and report equipment issues immediately.
• Complete required inventory and production documentation.
• Ensure timely movement of materials to support production.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills; training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Forklift certification required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, stoop, push and pull materials, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds unassisted . Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
