Executive Casino Host - 32604We are currently looking for a Full Time Executive Casino Host to join our WinStar Player Development Junior Host VIP team located at the WinStar World Casino and Resort working 2:00PM-10:30PM - Tu We Th Fr Sa.Summary: Owns and grows an assigned book of coded, rated players banded by book value (Band 1 or Band 2), building direct relationships that increase visit frequency, length of stay, and theoretical value. Primary point of contact for assigned patrons across all property amenities.Responsibilities:Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiencyCompletes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunitiesWorks in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all typesMaintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environmentMaintains and promotes professionalismPunctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metricsAdheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standardsMaintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned areaBuilds, maintains, and grows an assigned book of coded players, working toward the property's Total Book Theo growth target for the bookCirculates the casino floor and hotel to meet new players and maintain visibility with the existing book, establishing and reinforcing loyalty relationshipsDetermines complimentary worthiness of assigned players using rated play, Theo, and ADT data in ACSC/GUI, and authorizes complimentary use of food, lodging, retail, spa, golf, and entertainment within Host-level discretionary limitsPlans and executes personal outreach (calls, texts, written correspondence, invitations) to drive Active Patron Rate, Average Visits per Patron, and Reactivation Rate for the assigned bookDocuments all discretionary comp activity, including reactivation reinvestment, to support book-level and per-patron reinvestment reportingIdentifies and proposes new patrons for coding to the book based on observed play and data review, routing additions through the department's supervisor-approval processCoordinates trips, travel, and on-property logistics for high-value out-of-market playersResolves guest disputes and service issues for assigned patrons, escalating to the Player Development Supervisor or Casino Host Supervisor as neededPartners with Hotel, Food and Beverage, Retail, and Player Development Event Hosts to secure amenities and event access for assigned patronsMaintains accurate, current player records and contact logs in ACSC/GUI and, on rollout, OPTXReports book performance, at-risk patrons, and reactivation opportunities to the Player Development Supervisor on a recurring cadencePerforms all other duties as assignedCompetencies:Ability to read, write, and maintain simple recordsAbility to negotiate with game vendors and maintain relationshipsAble to follow instructions, both written and oralAble to adhere to all scheduling and attendance requirementsAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all mattersEvent planning and VIP engagementAbility to work independentlyHonesty, truthfulness, reliability, accountabilityPrioritizes, meets deadlines and works independently in a high-pressure environment and uses appropriate judgement in upward communication regarding assignmentsAble to read, understand, apply, and retain knowledge of Chickasaw Nation, departmental, divisional and all other rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelinesMust have full understanding of ACSC/Casino Insight auditsEstablishes professional working relationships as appropriateAble to verbally communicate in a professional and positive manner with other team members, departments, guests and managementSkills:Ability to interpret Theo/ADT reporting and translate it into outreach prioritiesExperience:1 year directly related experience2 years directly related experienceEducation:High School, GED or EquivalentNonessential: Bachelors of BusinessNonessential: Some college coursework in business, marketing, or hospitality management preferredCredentials:Gaming license or permit as required by assigned positionPass general background checkPass Title 31 testing relevant to positionWorking Conditions:CasinoMix of office/non-office settingsMay work evenings, weekends or holidaysStanding up to 75% of shiftWalking up to 50% of shiftSometimes lift and or carry up to 25 lbsComputers, printers, phonesRequires light travelPass pre-employment drug testTraining:It is the responsibility of each employee to attend required training for their position or profession as determined by their line of support (LOS) or the leadership of the Chickasaw Nation.
