As a Senior Producer, you will manage these relationships, delivering quality work under tough constraints with a positive outlook. Senior Producers are responsible for spearheading complex projects for a wide variety of partners, categories, and mediums, while also growing the overall book of business within each client account you serve. You will help produce deliverable requirements and documentation, oversee timelines, budgets, and resources while motivating teams and managing partnerships with confidence. Note: although this is not a content production/video production focused position, you will work across the content landscape in partnership, from time to time, with a content producer and content creatives. Responsibilities Manage client‑specific projects throughout the lifecycle including project kickoff, monitoring project progress, ensuring on‑time delivery and timely invoicing. Translate client requests and requirements into detailed briefs, and solution‑based plans to ensure client needs and expectations within timeline and budget are met. Translate client needs and requirements to the internal team, facilitate needs across strategy, creative, and production teams to hit defined benchmarks. Develop and maintain project plans, including documentation of project scope, objectives, deliverables, key milestones, timelines, schedules, internal resources, project dashboards, tracking of financials, etc. Define potential problems and suggest alternatives based upon cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards. Keep clearly communicating streams between client, project and internal team. Lead internal and external communication. Achieve account growth across each client account managed; look ahead for unexpected opportunities. Motivate the team in a smooth, organized manner, promoting urgency without panic, confident direction over indecision. Support company leadership by providing oversight and insights on general team performance. Effective presentation and communication skills. Manage creative, technical, and production team members, in addition to outside vendors, to ensure all work achieves an outcome that exceeds client expectations. Ability to lift up to 40lbs of gear from time to time to lend a hand. Reliable vehicle and driver’s license, willing to drive to be on set, meet with client partners, etc. Experience 10+ years experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager or Producer at an advertising agency or in‑house at a brand. An ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment handling several ongoing projects. Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple conflicting priorities in a rapidly changing environment. High proficiency in the Google Suite (Drive, Docs, etc.), Keynote, Figma, and spreadsheets, and project management tools such as Asana and Airtable. Reports To The Senior Producer role reports directly to the Director, Project Management. Details This is an in‑office Portland, Oregon position with three days per week in office. A hybrid approach will make up the other two days per week, with additional days in office per week as needed or required by management. We’re committed to maintaining a professional level of flexibility for our team to do their best work. The salary band for this role is $80,000.00 - $105,000.00.
