We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting employees with Facilities, Room Booking, and Catering requests, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and clients. Position will also support the Lobby Concierge Team with guest registration, and check-in. Hours are Monday through Friday 10:00-7:00

*Responsibilities*

• Receive guests and announce to hosts/admins upon arrival
• Assist with Room Booking for High-Level Client meetings and internal Clients
• Room readiness inspections
• Communicating with Executive Dining team
• Covers Reception Desk and Lobby Concierge posts as needed
• Run, review, and send daily conference room schedule to designated parties
• Reserve conference rooms through our internal reservation software
• Arrange Facilities Service repairs and requests
• Directs internal clients to rooms
• Lend support to Business Units as needed
• Handle calls regarding Facilities issues, catering changes, and room bookings
• Handle some rollover client calls
• Other tasks as needed

*Qualifications*

• - Previous experience in a technical support role or customer service position within the hospitality sector is preferred.
• - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective client interaction.
• - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• - Familiarity with guest services operations in resorts, restaurants, or hotels is advantageous.
• - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities.
• - A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and support.
