Commercial Construction Project Manager

Candidates should have a minimum of five years experience with healthcare, education, and/or commercial projects, ranging from $1M to $50M.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and vendors to ensure project success
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
• Prepare and submit project documentation, including change orders and submittals

Required Skills:

• Experience with take-offs and general construction processes
• Knowledge of pre-construction and multi-family construction
• Ability to develop scope, manage change orders, and oversee tenant improvements
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, PlanSwift and Bluebeam
• Familiarity with building codes, civil engineering, and construction best practices

Technical Skills:

• Experience with punch out lists, scope development, and request for information processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
