We use big data sources and analytics to understand consumers, markets, and retailers. We use qualitative research to better understand consumer behavior. We answer questions like: What should our brands stand for? Who are our target shoppers? How do we best reach them? How can we build exciting in-store and online shopper experiences? And…what’s next?Our A&I Managers serve as internal business strategy consultants whose role is to ensure that consumer and shopper analytics and insights are the foundations of our business strategy and execution. You will work on multi-functional business teams – with Brand Management, Finance, Sales, R&D, and others – to constantly explore new opportunities for business growth.Your key to success will be your ability to build on and combine soft skills such as curiosity, learning agility, and communication with analytical skills to convey research findings and drive actions with your key business partners across levels and functions.We believe people are endlessly fascinating and that there’s always something new to discover. Anthropological/Psychology background a plusYou must be willing to relocateGood academic standing if currently in schoolStrong analytical skills, using multiple data sources. A statistical qualification is not required, but comfort with data analysis is neededCreativity, innovation, initiative, follow-through, strong communication, and priority-setting abilityAbility to contribute and influence across levels and functionsStarting Pay/Salary Range: $85,000 –$122,200Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
