Bishop & Company is seeking candidates for a  Client Service Representative opportunity with a health service organization in Aiea, HI.

Client Service Representative

Summary: Promotes positive company relationships through prompt, accurate, and courteous resolutions of all telephone and other inquiries. Identifies pre-analytical as well as post-analytical problems that may adversely affect performance and/or results, and notifies the appropriate department supervisor/manager and/or client. Performs clerical activities and responds to requests for services. Discusses and recommends to management any activities affecting department.

Position Details:

• Responds to and resolves inquiries and requests via telephone, email, fax, in writing or in person.
• Receives requests for services and dispatches as needed.
• Reviews, reads off results, prints and distributes reports.
• Works with all departments regarding additions and cancellations.
• Researches problems/concerns and relays information as appropriate.
• Troubleshoots and or coordinates resolutions as applicable.
• Notifies Marketing and/or department management teams of system problems when indicated.
• Enters orders received into System.
• Maintains and monitors the department user interface (UI) as assigned. 

Requirements: 

• Associate degree from an accredited college or university (High School diploma plus two (2) years customer service or work with public experience may substitute for an Associate degree).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Two (2) years patient care, customer service or equivalent public contact experience

Additional Information:

• Temporary,  Full-Time, On-site, through 12/31/2026
• Hours: Must primarily be available for five 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm, including rotating Saturdays and holidays. Initial training will occur Monday through Friday.
• Location: Aiea, HI
• Pay: $19.50/hr.
