Arranges with department supervisors for repair and assembly of material and its transportation. Maintain precise inventory records by conducting regular stock audits and reconciling any discrepancies. Coordinate the internal distribution of supplies to various departments or production lines according to project schedules. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors to manage delivery schedules and resolve shipment issues. Develop and maintain reports on material status, inventory levels, and supplier performance for management review. Optimize the layout and organization of storage areas to ensure efficient access and handling of materials. Collaborate with department managers to forecast material requirements for upcoming projects and production runs.
