Senior HR Business Partner

Leading the HRBP function, the full-time Senior HR Business Partner will partner with executive leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies, oversee organizational design and workforce planning, and guide AI-enabled transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities Translate evolving business priorities into future-ready people strategies and serve as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness Lead and evolve the HRBP model to align with business strategy and define partnership standards across talent reviews and workforce planning Partner with senior leaders to shape the people strategy for AI transformation and build multi-quarter workforce plans connected to business outcomes Required qualifications 12+ years in HR, with at least 5 years as a senior HRBP or HR leader in a high-growth SaaS or tech company Experience in organizational design and change management at the ELT-1 level Direct experience with AI-driven organizational transformation and workforce redesign Demonstrated ability to assess AI fluency as a leadership capability BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
