Do you love creating memorable guest experiences, crafting incredible cocktails, and bringing great energy to every shift? If you're passionate about hospitality and enjoy working alongside an amazing team, we'd love to have you behind the bar at Via 313! Whether you're mixing cocktails, recommending a local beer, or chatting with guests across the bar, you'll play a huge role in creating the atmosphere that keeps people coming back.

Job Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant environment
• At least 1 year of craft cocktail experience
• Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails
• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality
• Responsible, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Food Handler Certificate (or ability to obtain)
• Valid TABC Certification

Compensation

? Starting Pay:  $2.13/hr (plus tips!)

? Complete our Bar Training Program and increase your base pay to up to $5/hour (plus tips)!

(Average hourly earnings with tips vary by location.)

As a Via 313 Bartender, you'll:

? Craft delicious cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages

? Deliver genuine Detroit-style hospitality to every guest

? Keep the bar stocked, organized, and ready for service

? Build relationships with regular guests and create memorable experiences

? Work closely with your team to keep service running smoothly

? Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar

? Follow responsible alcohol service and food safety standards

? Bring positive energy to every shift
