About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Ventura MedStaff to find a qualified OR RN in Lebanon, New Hampshire, 03766!

Travel OR RN is needed for 13 weeks to start ASAP in a facility in New Hampshire. NH or compact license is required to submit. Facility will not pend RN license. ACLS and BLS are required. Minimum of 2 years CURRENT OR experience is required. Shifts consist of 4, 10 hour shifts Monday-Friday. 40 hours per week are guaranteed. Weekend Call one weekend per month. On Call requirements 1 day per week & 1 weekend per month. 2+ years current OR experience is required. Ortho/Neuro experience is required. EPIC EMR experience is REQUIRED. Travel experience is preferred. Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
