The Opportunity As a Deals - Financial Due Diligence Intern, you will engage in the dynamic world of financial analysis, gaining hands-on experience in evaluating financial statements and understanding the financial health of businesses. • Supporting teams in conducting financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
• Participating in the analysis of financial statements to assess business health and performance
• Assisting in the preparation of financial models to evaluate potential investment opportunities
• Observing and learning about market trends to provide insights for deal management
• Contributing to the evaluation of earnings quality and industry trend analysis
• Engaging in cost accounting tasks to understand the financial implications of business decisions

What You Must Have

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
• Client service intern positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application. Winter internships typically occur during the spring semester preceding the student's final year of school Summer internships typically take place during the summer preceding the student's final year of school

Travel Requirements Up to 80% Job Posting End Date August 21, 2026 The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
