Your purpose as a Guest Experience Manager:
- Serve as the lead ambassador in fostering a high-quality guest and employee experience.
- Demonstrate expert level proficiency of the sales process and the Lexus brand.
- Provide a transparent, engaging, and hassle-free guest buying journey.
- Observe the sales floor to ensure every guest and employee is having their needs met.
- Ensure sales and performance goals are met and work to create performance improvement plans as needed.
- Acquire and maintain current state sales license, completing continuing education requirements as needed.
- Responsible for controlling the sale, to secure each sale and ensure that every vehicle sold is delivered.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle
Additional Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and customer service skills with a guest-first mindset
- Advanced knowledge of automotive sales processes and premium brand standards
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team performance to achieve sales goals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, transparent, and solution-oriented approach to guest interactions
- Ability to monitor sales floor activity and proactively address guest and employee needs
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain and maintain required state sales licensing and certifications
