If you’re someone who notices the little things and strives to make a lasting impact, you’ll thrive here.Please visit to learn more about our existing hotels, other exciting job opportunities and our company.POSITION PROFILE :Under the leadership of the Executive Housekeeper or the Director of Housekeeping, you are to provide supervision and direction for all housekeeping activities of the hotel in a safe and efficient manner; ensuring the highest level of cleanliness; and maintaining guest satisfaction while protecting the assets and minimize expenses.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIES➢ Conduct Inspections: Regularly inspect guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and safety standards. Document and report any issues or deficiencies to the appropriate department.➢ Staff Training and Supervision: Train and supervise housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and guest service standards.➢ Guest Interaction: Address and resolve guest complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.➢ Inventory Management: Assist in management of cleaning supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure all necessary materials are available.➢ Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure rooms are ready for guests and to facilitate smooth operations.➢ Quality Control: Conduct regular audits and spot checks to ensure quality control and consistency among housekeeping staff.**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES*** Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Rooms Management or a related management position.* Hotel experience preferred.* Strong leadership qualities, the ability to motivate staff, and excellent communication skills.* Ability to make effective decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts.* Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed by the business.**PHYSICAL DEMANDS*** Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend,and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs* Be able to push and pull carts* Good vision for detailed inspection* Manual dexterity for handling equipment and machinery in a hot, humid, and noisy environment where chemicals are.# # BENEFITS PACKAGE* Competitive Salary* Daily Pay!* Team Member Hotel Discount Program* Uniforms Provided for most positions* Benefits - Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and other supplemental options* Paid PTO* 401k with employer match* Food and Beverage Discounts* Tuition ReimbursementIf you think you bring the ideal blend of skills, attitude and teamwork, sprinkled with a love of the beach and Gulf Shores, this could be the perfect home for you!
