About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its dynamic and growing organization. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and a minimum of 5 years experience in operations management, with a strong background in staff supervision and program management, particularly in a nonprofit setting. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in driving growth, budget development, and management, as well as experience in program evaluation and quality improvement.
