Overview

CORT Party Rental is hiring for Warehouse Associates to join our Tenting and Canvas team!

Our Warehouse Associates work collaboratively as a part of our operations team; ensuring that our product meets quality standards and arrives where it needs to. This position requires some lead or supervisor experience.

Pay: 23-25 / hour depending on experience.

Schedule: Schedule will vary from 40-60 hours per week with overtime and double-time pay opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of loading/unloading tenting products from washing machine and tent drying conveyor.
• Direct team members in pulling and sorting customer orders.
• Run daily reports for staff and set the workflow for the day.
• Maintain inventory control of canvas and tenting items and update Production Manager on shortages.
• Work with Sales team with order questions and overbookings.
• Communicate and delegate duties to the team and hold accountable when needed.
• Monitor future tenting reservations to prevent inventory shortages and schedule workflows.
• Pulling customer orders and checking for accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Minimum six months experience of supervising or leading a small team.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.  Will spend time on hands an knees working with tenting inventory.
• Must pass background checks and drug screens (does not include THC) as a condition of employment. CORT also participates in the E-Verify program.
