General Manager — Scale a $200M+ CPG Brand

Jobleads-US

eJam is seeking a General Manager for BugMD, a flagship brand, onsite in Santa Ana, CA. You will own the full P&L and drive strategy and execution across DTC, Marketplaces, and Retail to grow from $85M to over $200M in five years.

You’ll build and lead cross‑functional teams, manage operations, finance, and go‑to‑market activities, and partner with investors and the Board for growth initiatives and exit readiness.
