This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and motivated to help keep a busy service department running smoothly.This is not a technician position. You do not need to be an RV expert to apply. We are looking for someone who communicates well, follows through, stays organized, and is willing to learn our service process.This role is a great fit for candidates with experience in automotive service, powersports, marine service, equipment rental, dispatching, scheduling, warranty, customer service, or dealership operations.As an RV Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact between our guests, technicians, parts, warranty, and management teams. You will help customers through the service process from the first conversation through final pickup, making sure repairs are documented accurately, updates are communicated clearly, and each guest receives a professional service experience.
