Company Description Grace Advertising & Consulting, Inc. is a Lexington, Missouri-based integrated communications and social impact agency specializing in health care marketing and technical services with offices in Kansas City, MO. The agency has spent nearly two decades serving nonprofits and health care organizations, including critical access hospitals, FQHCs, and rural health networks. With a small, collaborative team, Grace Advertising partners closely with clients, often acting as an extension of their in-house staff to develop and execute marketing strategies. The agency offers a wide range of services, including brand development, web design, SEO, email marketing, social media, editorial and publishing, public relations, market research, and IT support. Grace Advertising is expanding its marketing and advertising team to better support mission-driven organizations and their communities. In addition, Grace Advertising has a sister nonprofit, Altruism, Inc., that provides doula, community health worker, and midwifery services to individuals who are uninsured or covered by Medicaid. Services are free and provided in multiple languages. Altruism, Inc. operates two pregnancy centers — one in Lexington, MO, and a second in Kansas City through a partnership with Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center. Role Description The Bilingual (English-Spanish) Program Coordinator is a full-time role, based in the Kansas City Metropolitan area, responsible for coordinating marketing and outreach programs for health care and nonprofit clients, ensuring initiatives are effectively planned, implemented, and monitored in both English and Spanish. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting program design, managing timelines and deliverables, organizing client meetings, and maintaining clear communication with internal team members and external stakeholders. The Program Coordinator will assist with creating and translating program materials, track performance metrics, and prepare reports aligned with campaign goals and measurement criteria. Additional responsibilities include providing responsive account service to clients, streamlining workflows, and contributing to the continuous improvement of program processes. Strong communication skills are required. A background in journalism and content development is a plus. The Program Coordinator will provide translation support to Altruism's Spanish-speaking clients and support the implementation, growth, and overall efficacy of its program and services. Qualifications English/Spanish interpreting and written translation. Proficiency in English and Spanish (professional working or native-level fluency in both languages). Must physically reside in the Kansas City Metropolitan area, as this is not a remote position. Program Management and Program Development skills for planning, coordinating, and improving client initiatives. Project Management skills to manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong Communication skills in both English and Spanish, including written, verbal, and interpersonal communication. Customer Service skills to build positive client relationships and respond to needs promptly and professionally. Possess a heart for community services and women's health. Experience working with nonprofits, health care organizations, or community-focused programs is beneficial. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site collaboration in Kansas City, MO with remote work. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Comfort with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, project management software).
