Location: The Greens at Viewmont – Hickory, NC
Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $7,000 (Full-Time)

Position Overview

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing direct resident care and supporting daily activities while promoting dignity, comfort, and overall well-being.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their healthcare career in a supportive long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Support residents with meals, mobility, and daily routines
• Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality resident care

Schedule

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
• 1st Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• Every other weekend rotation required
• Flexible scheduling available for PRN staff

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina CNA certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required
