Job Summary This job is critical for leading complex financial initiatives and providing strategic analysis to support organizational decision‑making. It involves managing a team of professionals focused on financial evaluation, planning, and reporting. Additionally, it includes identifying trends to advise on business strategy and operational effectiveness. Responsibilities Leading a team in the development and analysis of financial plans and reports Driving strategic financial projects, providing insights that influence long‑term planning and immediate business decisions Simplifying and communicating complex financial data to ensure clarity and actionable insights for senior leadership Conducting comprehensive economic evaluations to inform the organization’s financial strategy and investment decisions Identifying and analyzing emerging financial trends, integrating them into strategic planning and forecasting Collaborating with internal finance teams and business leaders to consolidate financial results and enhance organizational effectiveness Developing and refining financial models to support decision‑making on strategic growth initiatives Mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of excellence in financial management and analysis Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Skills Budget Administration Financial Modeling Financial Management Cross‑Functional Partnerships Coaching Employees Forecast Management Financial Analysis Salary Pay Range: $120,179.82 – $198,296.70 Pay will be offered within this range, dependent on job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. While most non‑sales positions are eligible for a Bonus, most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan.
