Account Strategist

To support a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts, the full-time remote Account Strategist will act as a consultative partner, managing client relationships, driving continuous discovery, and establishing strategic OKRs while collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Key responsibilities Foster deep consultative partnerships by managing accounts with a relationship-first mindset and building trust with clients Drive continuous discovery by consistently asking business-oriented questions to align team efforts with client objectives Own the account growth strategy by synthesizing client data and market opportunities to create living Client Growth Reports Required qualifications 1-5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting Proactive consultative mindset with the ability to reframe challenges collaboratively Technical curiosity and eagerness to understand enterprise CMS architecture and monetization trends Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence to connect with diverse stakeholders Experience working effectively in a fully remote environment
