EMS Service Director

Employee Type Full Time EMS Service Director Full-time Belmond campus Responsibilities: This position provides leadership in both Clarion and Belmond. The leader will oversee direction and administration of all aspects of ambulance service activities to ensure compliance with established objectives and the realization of quality, economical health care services. Includes all supervision and education of all EMS staff. Fosters positive employee engagement and a team-oriented environment throughout the medical center. Maintains all administrative regulatory guidelines as required. Schedule: Hours are primarily Mon. – Fri. Daytime hours Some work on weekends and holidays as needed. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of field experience preferred Certifications Required: Current licensed Advanced EMT or above at time of hire Adult and Child Mandatory Reporter within 6 months of hire BLS upon hire PHTLS preferred Provided Benefits:
