Job Description
Title: Family Medicine Medical Assistant - MA-C

Schedule:
- Shift: 5x8 (08:45-17:15), Monday-Friday
- Weekends: OFF

Requirements:
- Certification: Medical Assistant - Certified (MA-C)
- Certification: BLS
- License: WA MA (compact license required at submission)
- Experience: 6 months MA experience in adult/pediatric outpatient or family medicine

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in rooming patients and taking vitals such as height, weight, and pulse oximetry.
- Perform 12-lead EKG/ECG as necessary.
- Administer immunizations, including pediatric vaccines, and provide IM injections.
- Collect and label specimens, including urine samples and performing clean catches.
- Conduct basic clinic procedures such as chart preparation and recording patient history, medications, and allergies.

Compliance / Notes:
- Temp-to-hire with potential conversion based on performance.
- References covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years are required.
- Must request all RTO and scheduling exemptions during submission.
- Possible commitment to work 3 of 5 holidays is required.
