Senior Business Development Manager

This prestigious global law firm is seeking a Senior Business Development & Marketing Manager to support its Corporate practice. This is a high-profile opportunity for a strategic and commercially minded professional to partner with senior lawyers, shape business development strategy, and drive growth across a market-leading corporate platform.
The successful candidate will bring strong experience in business development, strategic planning, and proposal management, ideally supporting corporate transactions, M&A and public company matters. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and be confident advising senior stakeholders on client development, market positioning, and growth opportunities. You will:- Lead strategic business development and marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and enhance market presence across a leading Corporate practice.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, using market intelligence, client insights, and commercial data to identify new growth opportunities.
- Develop and deliver high-profile campaigns, thought leadership programs, and client engagement initiatives that support business objectives and raise market visibility.
- Shape and support winning business pursuit strategies, including pitches, proposals, and responses to competitive tender opportunities.
- Leverage analytics and performance metrics to evaluate success, optimize strategy, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
