Product Manager

Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid – 1 day onsite/week) Job Type: Contract-to-Hire

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and healthcare domain expertise. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple products, define product vision, and drive execution across cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in shaping product strategy, roadmap development, and delivering high-impact solutions aligned with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and optimization.
Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Manage and oversee multiple products simultaneously (4 key products).
Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, UX, Operations, and Finance teams.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis.
Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and product requirements.
Ensure alignment between product roadmap, stakeholder expectations, and delivery timelines.
Drive go-to-market strategy, product launches, and stakeholder communication.
Monitor and report on product performance using data-driven insights (predictive & latent data).
Work closely with finance teams on pricing, revenue drivers, and profitability.
Communicate technical concepts effectively into business value propositions.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership.
Strong career progression: Business Analyst → Product Owner → Product Manager.
SAFe Certified Product Owner (Mandatory).
Proven experience managing multiple products.
Expertise in Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Strong understanding of product KPIs and business metrics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Healthcare domain (Highly Preferred).
Exposure to AI/ML-based products or solutions.
Familiarity with tools like MicroStrategy and Pega.

Certifications such as:

Certified Product Manager (CPM)
Certified Product Marketing Manager (CPMM)
