In partnership with North American Dental Group, we have the tools and resources to ensure that both our patients and team members thrive.Your Work ScheduleMonday: 7:45am-7pmTuesday: 7:45am-5pmWednesday: 7:45am-5pmThursday: 7:45am-5pmEvery other Friday: 7:45am-2pmYour Role as a Dental AssistantAs a Dental Assistant, you'll collaborate with our practice team to provide outstanding clinical support, ensuring patients receive the care they need. You'll prepare patients for treatment, assist the dentist in restorative procedures, and maintain a high standard of care and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional chair-side clinical support to dentists and hygienists, including charting, operatory setup/cleanup, and patient education.Record and review patient health histories, make chart entries under the dentist's direction, and ensure all documentation is complete.Set up trays and instruments based on the daily schedule and procedure requirements.Prepare patients, sterilize/disinfect instruments, and maintain asepsis following OSHA standards.Assist with dental procedures, including exposing and developing diagnostic radiographs.Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and other certifications and safety requirements.What You'll Need to SucceedDental Assisting Certification or prior on-the-job training.1-5 years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.Radiography/X-Ray certification (state-specific).Current CPR certification.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.A commitment to delivering exceptional service and patient education.Why You'll Love Working With UsComprehensive Benefits : Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.Paid Time Off : Competitive PTO for both full-time and part-time employees, with increases as you grow in your career.Professional Growth : Access to continuing education and career development opportunities.Dynamic Atmosphere : Work in a supportive environment that celebrates individuality and encourages innovation.Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are proud to be an inclusive workplace.
